When I came here to the North Shore, I knew I was in for a long search to find "the guy I know" to bring my car to if I need any maintenance done. But that search was cut short when I first came to A&A. I knew right away that the Sabas were them. I have had nothing but great experiences here everytime I've taken my car there. The folks here at a&a Auto are super friendly and helpful, and honest too. I went to get an inspection there today and within 10 minutes they were done and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary replacement parts or try to get me to buy new tires or anything. Even on my 13-year-old car. Just the fee and a smile and a piece of candy from the bowl on the way out. These guys are the old-fashioned honest mechanics you wish still existed.

A&A auto care is awesome! I took my car here a few weeks ago because it was making a lot of noise, so much noise I could not even hear myself think while sitting in the car. I called these guys that day and even though I didn’t have an appointment they told me to stop by so they could check it out. They raised my car and showed me that the Y pipe was completely rusted and literally about to fall off. They said they could replace it for me that day but I’d have to leave my car there for a few hours. Less than 2 hours later I get a call saying my car is all set. I got a really good price for the Y pipe, an oil change and a new inspection sticker. My car is now quiet as a mouse and runs better than ever! I’ll definitely be back for any car needs and I’d highly recommend these guys to anybody!

I highly recommend coming here for any maintenance needs. The service is top notch and they are up front and honest about the work they do. I've run into a few issues with my car (most notably my catalytic converter was stolen) and Nick walked me through the steps with insurance and was friendly the whole way through. I forgot to mention needing an inspection sticker when I was there, and when I showed up it was on my windshield. The service is very quick and the quality shows, they truly go the extra mile!

My family has been going to A&A for years, and for good reason. On my most recent visit, I went in after trying to get a quick oil change at Jiffy Lube. There, they told me I needed to go to the dealer because there was an issue with my car that would require extensive repairs and replacements. I took it to A&A first, because I trust them wholeheartedly, and Nick not only resolved the issue without having to replace anything, but he gave me a comprehensive overview of some things that weren't even on my radar that I'd need to fix at some point so that I could budget and plan before they actually became issues. So what, according to Jiffy Lube, would've been a few hundred dollars at the dealership, was simply the cost for the oil change I couldn't get at Jiffy, plus insight and advice for the future. I won't be going anywhere else. Lifesavers, truly!

I highly recommend nick and his team: I’ve been going to him for about a year for all my necessary maintenance. They never try to sell me on extra stuff I don’t need and are always so nice. I’ve used them for the basics- oil changes, brake repair, etc and always been satisfied. More recently, I hit a pole and had to go to them for body work repair through my insurance. Such great service. Nick called me back at 7:30 at night to make sure he informed me about my car. He read the insurance report and undercharged me compared to what the insurance said. Unheard of. I trust these guys fully.

I've always brought my car to the dealer for service, easy and they had my history. My brakes were on their last leg and the dealer wouldn't book me for a few weeks out. I happened to come across A&A because they were open late(r) on a Friday night. They took me next day. Nick took on a job that I don't think many other shops will do. I have a Wrangler and bought a new lift kit by Teraflex (springs, break relocation and brackets), some Fox shocks to go with it along with some front lower control arms, a steering stabilizer and exhaust spacers. I know the job is not easy and it takes a lot of time with the Jeep on the lift that he then can't use for other jobs. The price was very reasonable for the labor and he did an amazing job. Took the Wrangler to Maryland the next day and out on the beach, and the suspension and handling was a dream, after using the stock really old suspension for way too long, it was like night and day. Thanks Nick!! You guys are crushing it.

My car was towed to their garage on a Friday afternoon. Nick took the time to diagnose the problem on the spot. I needed a new radiator. He explained the problem clearly and even texted me a short video while he was fixing the problem. The car was fixed the next day and also received tune up and oil change to save me another trip.
